Finland’s leading private equity investor CapMan Capital Management Oy invests in Talent Code Oy, a company specialising in Internet-based solutions for eLearning, Human resource development and eManagement.
In addition to CapMan (20 %), the other shareholders in Talent Code include Talent Partners Oy and its key personnel (45 %), and the management and personnel of the company (35 %). Mr. Kari Kasanen, one of the prominent management consultants in Finland acts as the Chairman of the Board. The other board members are Mr. Jouko Hannus, Senior Partner of Talent Partners, and Mr. Kari Savolainen, Managing Director of Talent Code. Mr. Timo Tiihonen, Senior Advisor of CapMan, acts as the special advisor to the board concerning international expansion.
Talent Code was established in September this year and currently the company employs some 20 people. The company works in close co-operation with Talent Partners, which employs some 60 management consulting, development and training professionals.

According to Kari Savolainen, Managing Director of Talent Code, the new funding will primarily be used to intensify Talent Codes product development and to finance growth. “Our aim is to employ approximately 60-80 people within 12-14 months with main emphasis on R&D personnel. Our strategy is to build strong partnerships to assist of own product and business development. Accordingly, we believe that close co-operation with Talent Partners will benefit both companies in a significant way.” summarises Mr. Savolainen.
