B-shares subscribed with stock options 2003B in CapMan Plc
 
A total of 566,301 B-shares in CapMan Plc have been subscribed for with stock options 2003B during 16 September – 31 October 2009. The share subscription price was EUR 1.19 per share with stock options 2003B. The share subscription price will be recorded in the Company’s invested unrestricted shareholders’ equity. The share subscription period for stock options 2003B began in October 2007. The stock option scheme is based on the resolution by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 9 April 2003.
 
These B-shares, 566,301 in total, have been entered into the Trade Register on 3 December 2009. As a result of the increase, the number of the Company’s B-shares is 78,281,766. The shares have no nominal value. 
 
The new shares subscribed with stock options 2003B are entitled to dividends and to other shareholder rights from the registration date, i.e. as of 3 December 2009 onwards.
 
The shares have been applied for listing on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. together with the old shares as of 4 December 2009.  
 
The share subscription period with stock options 2003B ended on 31 October 2009 and a total of 606,801 B-shares in CapMan Plc were subscribed for with stock options 2003B.
