CapMan Plc Stock Exchange Release / Financial Calendar 27 October 2022 at 8:15 a.m. EEST CapMan Plc’s financial reporting in 2022 CapMan Group will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2021 on Thursday, 3 February 2022. The 2021 Annual Report, including the Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors, will be published in February 2022 during week 8. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, 16 March 2022 at 10.00 a.m. EET in Helsinki. In addition to the Financial Statements Bulletin, CapMan Group will publish three financial reports in 2022 as follows:

• Interim Report for the period 1 January – 31 March 2022 on 28 April 2022
• Half-Year Financial Report for the period 1 January – 30 June 2022 on 4 August 2022
• Interim Report for the period 1 January – 30 September 2022 on 27 October 2022
