Bio
Juha was one of the founding partners of CapMan Growth. Juha has approximately 30 years of industry experience and has raised nine venture and growth funds. His experience includes almost 100 investments in growth companies, and he has managed dozens of international fundraising events, exits and IPOs. Before the Growth team at CapMan, Juha was responsible for managing Norvestia’s PE investments since 2011. Prior to that, he was a partner at Eqvitec and has also been starting the operations of Finnish Industry Investment.
