Bio
Nigel is a UK national based in London. He joined CapMan Real Estate in 2013 and is responsible for product development, capital raising, and management of the CapMan value-add funds. He’s a member of the Investment Committee for the BVK core residential mandate. Prior to CapMan Real Estate Nigel was a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield advising both real estate investors and fund managers. He was previously a Director at HSBC and Schroders, where he worked on over 30 new fund launches. In his spare time Nigel enjoys tennis, cycling, and spending time with his family.
