Bright Group (Creative Technology) is one of the leading audio visual equipment rental company in Finland, in Sweden and in Norway. In addition Bright Group is a leading full-service organizer of corporate and public events and concerts in Finland. Following the exit in 2021 the company is known as Creative Technology.
12 October 2021: CapMan Buyout exits Bright Group to global event technology provider NEP Group

Anders Björkell
Anders joined CapMan Buyout in 1997. At CapMan Buyout he has been the case responsible partner for several buyout transactions including Pharmia, Harvia (IPO in spring 2018), Havator, Walki (exit 2018) and Moventas (exit 2007). He has also played a key role in several other buyout investments in the Nordic countries and Central & Eastern Europe. Prior to joining CapMan Buyout, Anders worked as a consultant at Pöyry Group between 1993 and 1997, and was responsible for corporate analysis, valuations and transactions in the energy sector in Finland as well as Central & Eastern Europe.

Pia Kåll
Pia Kåll became CapMan's CEO in March 2023. Pia Kåll joined CapMan Buyout in 2016 as a partner and was designated managing partner in 2017. Before joining CapMan, Kåll was on the Executive Board of Outotec, where she was responsible for Strategy, M&A, Marketing and Operational Excellence. Previously she worked eight years at McKinsey&Company where she was an Associate Principal.

Robin Westberg
Robin joined CapMan Buyout in 2018. Prior to joining CapMan Buyout, Robin worked as a management consultant at Ericsson since 2014 with focus on strategy development and operational improvements, both in Sweden and North America. At CapMan, Robin has been part of the case team leading the investment in PDSVISION Group.
