Utfors published yesterday a press release stating that the Norwegian Telenor will acquire 90 per cent of the company. In connection with this acquisition Finnmezzanine Fund II will exit from Utfors. As a part of the arrangement Finnmezzanine Fund II will recover 6 per cent of the fund’s total investment in Utfors. The transaction still needs to be approved in the extraordinary general meeting of Utfors and in the creditors’ meeting.
