The funds managed by CapMan invested in the Teknikum Group in summer 1996. All of the aforementioned funds are already generating carried interest. The effect of the realisation on CapMan Plc’s result is approximately EUR 0.7 million, the majority of which will be entered in the result for the current year.
Teknikum Group Ltd is one of the leading companies in the Nordic countries that specialise in the polymer technology. The Group’s product range includes hoses, moulded products, rubber coatings and coverings, products made of polyurethane and liquid silicone, rubber compounds, rubber sheets and mats. The Group employs about 350 persons, and its turnover was approximately EUR 36 million in 2001.
