DECREASE OF CAPMAN PLC’S SHARE CAPITAL ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER

The share capital of CapMan Plc has decreased from EUR 756,946.30 to EUR 746,816.30, and the number of Series B shares has reduced from 67,694,630 to 66,681,630 shares. The number of Series A shares remains at 8,000,000. After the invalidation, CapMan Plc does not possess directly or through its subsidiaries any CapMan shares.
