CapMan Plc Stock Exchange Announcement 20 August 2007 at 11.15 a.m.
A total of 225,804 B-shares in CapMan Plc have been subscribed for with the stock options 2000A/B during 29 May – 26 July 2007. The share subscription price was EUR 0.60 with the stock options 2000A/B. The share subscription price will be recorded in the Company’s invested unrestricted shareholders’ equity. The share subscription period for the stock options 2000A/B began in October 2005. The stock option scheme is based on the resolutions by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 29 August 2000 and by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 9 April 2003.
These B-shares, 225,804 in total, have been entered into the Trade Register on 20 August 2007. As a result of the increase, the number of the Company’s B-shares is 72,540,222. The shares have no nominal value.
The new shares are entitled to dividends for the fiscal year 2007 and to other shareholder rights from the registration date, i.e. as of 20 August 2007 onwards.
The shares have been applied for listing on the Helsinki Stock Exchange together with the old shares as of 21 August 2007.
A total of 3,676,774 B-shares in CapMan Plc have been subscribed for with the stock options 2000A/B by 26 July 2007.
