CapMan Stock exchange announcement 6 October 2008 12.05 p.m.
A total of 8,000 B-shares in CapMan Plc have been subscribed for with the stock options 2003A on 11 August 2008. The share subscription price was EUR 1.26 with the stock options 2003A. The share subscription price will be recorded in the Company’s invested unrestricted shareholders’ equity. The share subscription period for the stock options 2003A began in October 2006. The stock option scheme is based on the resolution by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 9 April 2003.
These B-shares, 8,000 in total, have been entered into the Trade Register on 6 October 2008. As a result of the increase, the number of the Company’s B-shares is 74,998,171. The shares have no nominal value.
The new shares subscribed with stock options 2003A are entitled to dividends and to other shareholder rights from the registration date, i.e. as of 6 October 2008 onwards.
The shares have been applied for listing on the OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki Oy together with the old shares as of 7 October 2008.
A total of 96,241 B-shares in CapMan Plc have been subscribed for with the stock options 2003A by 11 August 2008.
