CapMan exits XLENT

Swedestart Tech fund managed by CapMan has sold its stake in Swedish XLENT Consulting Group to the Company’s operative management backed by active investor Neqst Partner. The exit does not have significant impact on CapMan Plc’s result for 2009.
 
XLENT is a Nordic IT and management consulting company focusing on customer-centric business development.
 
Swedestart Tech fund invested in XLENT in 2002. The fund’s ownership in XLENT prior to the transaction announced today was approx. 28 per cent. CapMan Plc is a significant investor in the fund, which transferred under CapMan’s management in connection to the Swedestart acquisition in 2002.
