New CapMan Plc B shares entered in the Trade Register

A total of 2,216,541 new CapMan Plc B shares emitted in a directed issue have been entered in the Trade Register today. The number of listed CapMan Plc B shares is currently 77,674,965 and the number of unlisted A shares is 6,000,000. The shares have no nominal value.  
 
The directed share issue was related to the Norum transaction announced on 20 April 2009. CapMan Plc acquires remaining 49% of Norum shares from the minority shareholders. Of the purchase price approx. EUR 1.8 million has been paid in cash and approx. EUR 1.8 million in CapMan Plc B shares through a directed issue to the sellers.
 
The new shares are entitled to dividends for the 2009 fiscal year and to other shareholder rights as of the registration date, 24 April 2009. The aim is that the listing of the new shares in OMX Helsinki will commence on 27 April 2009.
