Mr Hans Christian Dall Nygård and Mr Joakim Rubin have been appointed as Senior Partners at CapMan and Ms Mari Maunula as Fundraising Manager.
 
Mr Hans Christian Dall Nygård, M.Sc. (Econ.), MBA, CEFA, 40, joined CapMan in 2008 as Partner and Head of CapMan Russia, Investment Operations when CapMan acquired Russian private equity house Norum. Dall Nygård is responsible for all the investment activity and management of the CapMan Russia team and he has contributed significantly to the establishment of CapMan’s Russian operations. Prior to joining CapMan Dall Nygård worked at Norum for 12 years, most recently as Managing Director.
 
Mr Joakim Rubin, M. Sc. (Eng.), 49, joined CapMan in 2008 as Partner in the CapMan Public Market team, with a focus on CapMan Public Market fund’s Swedish investments. He joined CapMan from Handelsbanken Capital Markets, where he served in various positions from 1995 onwards, most recently as Head of Corporate Finance and Debt Capital Markets. Joakim Rubin has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and he has been involved in numerous private and public transactions in the Nordic region.
 
Ms Mari Maunula, M. Sc. (Eng.), 27, joined CapMan as Fundraising and IR Analyst in 2007. Prior to joining CapMan she worked as a Researcher for The Research Institute of the Finnish Economy.
