Lennart Simonsen appointed CapMan’s new CEO
Lennart Simonsen (LL.M) has been appointed CEO of CapMan Plc and a Senior Partner of the company as of 1 June 2010.
Simonsen (born 1960) will join CapMan from Roschier, Attorneys Ltd., where he has been a Partner since 1999. He served as the company’s Managing Partner between 2001 and 2009, during which time the firm created a partnership network in the Baltic countries and established a successful office in Stockholm. Today, Roschier employs a total of some 270 people, of whom 70 are based in Stockholm. Simonsen has represented numerous Finnish and international private equity investors in the M&A field since 1993. Prior to working for Roschier, Simonsen was Managing Partner at Castrén & Snellman.
