CapMan’s 2010 Annual Report, Financial Statements and Corporate Governance Statement have been published

 

CapMan has published its Annual Report for 2010 and it can be consulted in Finnish and English at the company’s website www.capman.com. The Annual Report contains the Report of the Board of Directors, the key details of the Group Financial Statements, the Auditor’s Report, and CapMan’s Corporate Governance Statement for the 2010 Financial Year. The CapMan Plc Group’s Financial Statements for 2010 has been published in its entirety at the company’s website www.capman.com/ir/annual-general-meetings.

 

The Annual Report can be downloaded at www.capman.com/media/annual-reports (in English). A print copy of the Annual Report can be ordered online or by e-mail at info@capman.com from Week 10 onwards.

 

The Annual Report is divided in two parts. Annual Report 2010 includes information about CapMan as a company and the development of the Group’s business. Figures and Governance 2010 contains the Report of the Board of Directors, the key details of the Group Financial Statements, Board’s dividend proposal, Auditor’s Report, Corporate Governance Statement as well as share and shareholder information.
