CapMan Public Market Fund invests in B&B TOOLS AB

The fund holds 6.0 per cent of the outstanding shares and 4.5 per cent of the votes

CapMan Public Market Fund has invested in the Nordic region’s leading supplier of MRO products and services B&B TOOLS AB and currently holds 6.0 per cent of the outstanding shares and 4.5 per cent of the votes in the company. CapMan Public Market Fund supports the company’s communicated strategy and direction.

 

“B&B TOOLS has very good potential for further profitability enhancement and growth. We have followed the company for a long time and are impressed by how B&B TOOLS has focused and developed its operations and successfully led the consolidation of the Nordic MRO market.
