Notification according to chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities Markets Act

CapMan Plc has today received notifications of change in voting rights in accordance with chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities Markets Act.

Ari Tolppanen and Oy Aristo-Invest Ab’s combined share of voting rights in CapMan Plc has fallen below one fifth (20%).

2. Reason for the flagging notification: Conversion of 250 000 A series shares into B series shares executed on 22 December 2011
       
3. Name and business ID of the shareholder subject to the notification: Oy Aristo-Invest Ab (Business ID 0594374-5) and Ari Tolppanen (controlling shareholder)
