CapMan Real Estate increases its ownership in shopping centre Willa
CapMan RE II fund acquires the minority holding in KOy Ficre from Finesco Invest Oy, which manages the second phase of shopping centre Willa. Following the transaction, the ownership of the second phase of Willa is transferred entirely to CapMan RE II fund.
Shopping centre Willa is situated in downtown Hyvinkää and it opened its doors to the public in 2012. The shopping centre comprises of two phases, of which the first one is constructed and owned by Varma Mutual Employment Pension Insurance Company and the second by KOy Ficre. The second phase has approx. 17,000 m2 of lettable space and the main tenants include H&M, New Yorker and Stadium, amongst others.
In 2007, CapMan RE II fund and Finesco Invest Oy started their cooperation for the development of a shopping centre with a pleasant shopping environment and a wide range of services in the Hyvinkää town centre. The first phase of Willa was inaugurated in spring 2012 and the second phase in the autumn of the same year.

Willa is a modern shopping centre of fashion and speciality retail, complemented with a diverse selection of restaurants. Shopping centre Willa is situated in downtown Hyvinkää and it opened its doors to the public in 2012. Willa has 120 stores and it is the sixth largest shopping centre in Finland.
