Joakim Frimodig to join CapMan’s Management Group
Joakim Frimodig (BA, Oxon) has been appointed Director, Strategic Growth and a member of CapMan Group’s Management Group starting from 4 April 2016.
Frimodig joins CapMan from Summa Capital, where he has worked for the past 12 years, most recently as Deputy Managing Partner. Prior to that, he served as an advisor for Alfred Berg and ABN Amro Corporate Finance. He has advised numerous Finnish and international companies in M&A and financing transactions over the course of his career.
