Johan Pålsson to join CapMan Buyout as Partner in Stockholm

CapMan Buyout strengthens its Nordic team by recruiting Johan Pålsson as Partner starting from November 2016. The recruitment will further strengthen CapMan Buyout’s portfolio and value creation capabilities in the Nordics.

Before joining CapMan Buyout, Johan has close to 10 years of private equity experience as an investment professional with Ratos, where his main responsibilities included assessment and completion of numerous acquisitions and active management of several Ratos’ investments in various sectors. “We are very pleased to welcome Johan at CapMan Buyout. His strong background from the private equity industry and proven track record in driving value creation strategies will strengthen our portfolio company development capabilities. He will be a great cultural and strategic fit for our team,” comments Markus Sjöholm, Head of CapMan Buyout.
