CapMan Real Estate exits an office building in Copenhagen
CapMan Nordic Real Estate fund has sold an office building located on Finsensvej 86 in Flintholm, an area of Copenhagen, to KFI Erhvervsdrivende Fond. CapMan acquired the 5,474 sqm property in 2015.
“This case is a good example of how we implement our value add strategy but are able to act flexibly if needed. Flintholm is an attractive business district in the county of Frederiksberg in Copenhagen and the demand for office space has been good. During our ownership period, we have successfully extended the lease agreements in the building and the timing for the exit is perfect,” comments Torsten Bjerregaard, Senior Partner at CapMan Real Estate.
The focus of the 273 million CapMan Nordic Real Estate fund is to acquire mainly office, retail and residential properties located in established submarkets of major Nordic cities. The fund was established in 2013. The exit is the seventh of the fund.
