CapMan Real Estate exits Original Sokos Hotel Seurahuone in Kotka
CapMan Hotels RE Ky fund has sold the Original Sokos Hotel Seurahuone property located on Keskuskatu 21 in Kotka to the property’s tenant Kymen Seudun Osuuskauppa Oy. The transaction was completed on 15 March 2017.
“We have thoroughly refurbished the asset during our ownership and are very pleased that the property’s tenant wants to continue developing it as the new owner,” comments Pirjo Ojanperä, a partner at CapMan Real Estate.
CapMan Hotels RE Ky fund was established in 2008 and it manages 38 hotel properties in Finland and Sweden. The fund includes, among others, the hotel properties of Crowne Plaza and GLO Hotel Art in central Helsinki.
