CapMan Buyout’s portfolio company Harvia Plc is planning an initial public offering and listing on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd

CapMan Buyout’s portfolio company Harvia Plc (“Harvia” or the “Company”) has today on 5 March 2018 announced that it is planning an initial public offering (“IPO”) and listing of its shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd (“Nasdaq Helsinki”). Harvia is one of the leading companies operating in the sauna and spa market globally, as measured by revenue.1 CapMan invested in Harvia in 2014 and two funds managed by CapMan, CapMan Buyout X Fund A L.P and CapMan Buyout X Fund B Ky, own a total of 69.5% of all shares in Harvia.

The contemplated IPO is expected to consist of a primary offering by the Company, and a secondary share sale by the largest shareholders, CapMan Buyout X Fund A L.P and CapMan Buyout X Fund B Ky, as well as certain other shareholders. Funds managed by CapMan would remain as significant shareholders also after the IPO.
