Share subscription schedule with 2013 stock options and listing of CapMan 2013C stock options
 
The share subscription period for stock options 2013C will commence on 1 May 2018 and end on 30 April 2020. Each stock option entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) share in CapMan Plc. Shares shall be paid upon subscription. The share subscription price shall be EUR 0.85. The amount of the dividend decided before the share subscription will be deducted from the share subscription price as per the dividend record date. The subscription price of the shares shall, however, always be at least EUR 0.01. A total of 1,410,000 stock options 2013C have been issued.
 
The Board of Directors of CapMan Plc has decided that stock options 2013C which have been issued in the Finnish book-entry system will be listed on the main list of Nasdaq Helsinki as of 2 May 2018. New shares subscribed with stock options 2013C will be listed as additional lots of the Company’s shares on the main list of Nasdaq Helsinki together with the old shares after the new share have been registered.
 
Listing schedule for shares subscribed with stock options 2013 in 2018:
 
–             Shares subscribed with stock options 2013A by 30 April 2018 and share subscribed with stock options 2013B and stock options 2013C by 4 June 2018, including the above-mentioned days, will be listed on or about 28 June 2018.
–             Shares subscribed by 10 September 2018, including this day, will be listed on or about 4 October 2018.
–             Shares subscribed by 30 November 2018, including this day, will be listed on or about 28 December 2018.
 
The share subscription period for Stock Options 2013A will continue until 30 April 2018, for Stock options 2013B until 30 April 2019 and for Stock options 2013C until 30 April 2020.
