CapMan Infra’s data centre platform appoints Philippe Rechsteiner as CFO
CapMan Infra’s data centre platform appoints Philippe Rechsteiner as its CFO. The platform, currently consisting of two companies, Serverius and Fuzion (where the transaction is expected to close late October), is looking to grow to become a leading northern European data centre platform providing European-wide connectivity. Philippe joins from technology infrastructure company DataQube where he has served as CFO, before which he was CFO at data centre company Vantage Data Centers.
Philippe Rechsteiner, MBA and M.Sc. (Law)., joins the data centre platform with extensive experience from the data centre and colocation industry. Most recently he served as CFO for DataQube, a technology infrastructure company focused on data centre and colocation landscapes, prior to which he was CFO for datacentre company Vantage Data Centers’ European business. At Vantage Data Centers, originally named Etix, Philippe played a significant role in implementing a new growth strategy and restructuring efforts, transforming the company into a profitable business. The company was consequently acquired by Vantage through a transaction in which Philippe was involved. Philippe will start in his new role immediately.

About CapMan Infra’s data centre platform
CapMan Infra is building a northern European data centre platform providing European-wide connectivity. The platform currently holds two companies: Serverius and Fuzion, which is expected to close in October.
Serverius provides IT infrastructure services and solutions including colocation and connectivity in three operating data centers in the Netherlands. Besides colocation, Serverius offers a package of add-on services incl. one of the largest Dutch IP networks and interconnectivity from the 3rd largest Dutch internet exchange “SpeedIX”.
Fuzion, established in 2001, is a Danish operator of data centers offering server storage colocation, supplying space, cooling, electricity, security etc. for customer-owned equipment. The company operates four data centers located in central Jutland and is expanding to a new location in Copenhagen. Fuzion mainly focus on SME customers, which is an underserved niche by larger Danish colocation players.
