Haminan Energia is a district heating and electricity network operator in Hamina, Finland. CapMan Infra’s goal is to grow the company while developing the local energy infrastructure in Hamina. CapMan Infra’s acquisition enabled an investment in a new heat recovery plant to utilise waste heat from Google’s data centre, which will allow the company to provide emission-free district heating to new customers and expand the network.

Pekko Haaksluoto has more than a decade of experience in infrastructure investing and corporate finance. He joined CapMan in 2018 and is part of CapMan Infra's investment committee.
Pekko has been leading CapMan Infra’s investments in Norwegian salmon harvest vessel operator Napier, Norwegian ferry operator Norled, and district heating companies Loviisan Lämpö in Finland and Nydalen Energi in Norway.
Pekko is based in Helsinki, Finland. Before CapMan, he worked at Danske Bank's M&A advisory team.
