The Board of Directors of CapMan Plc has familiarised itself with the Stock Exchange Bulletins issued by Sampo Insurance Company Plc (Sampo-Leonia) and Mandatum Bank Plc, concerning the plan to merge the business operations of the said companies. CapMan Plc and Vestcap Oyj are in negotiations to determine the effects of the arrangement on the proposed merger between CapMan and Vestcap.
