CapMan Plc Stock Exchange Release / Financial Calendar 7 August 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EEST CapMan Plc’s financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2026 CapMan Group will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2025 on Thursday, 12 February 2026. The 2025 Annual Report, including the Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors, will be published in March 2026 at the beginning of week 10. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, 25 March 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EET in Helsinki. In addition to the Financial Statements Bulletin, CapMan Group will publish three financial reports in 2026 as follows:

• Interim Report for the period 1 January – 31 March 2026 on 6 May 2026
• Half-Year Financial Report for the period 1 January – 30 June 2026 on 6 August 2026
• Interim Report for the period 1 January – 30 September 2026 on 5 November 2026
