The 2019 Annual Report, including the Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors, will be published in February 2020 during week 8. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, 11 March 2020 at 10.00 a.m. EET in Helsinki. In addition to the Financial Statements Bulletin, CapMan Group will publish three financial reports in 2020 as follows:

• Interim Report for the period 1 January – 31 March 2020 on 23 April 2020
• Half-Year Financial Report for the period 1 January – 30 June 2020 on 6 August 2020
• Interim Report for the period 1 January – 30 September 2020 on 29 October 2020
