CapMan Capital Management Oy is the management company for the private equity funds and is responsible for the investments in the portfolio companies. As of 14 February 2001, the Board of Directors comprises of partners Mr Ari Tolppanen (Chairman), Mr Peter Buch Lund, Mr Olli Liitola, Mr Tuomo Raasio, Mr Petri Saavalainen, Mr Vesa Vanha-Honko and Mr Heikki Westerlund.



As of 14 February 2001, Mr Petri Niemi, M.Sc. (Eng.), 39, Investment Director, was appointed head of technology team. Mr Tuomo Raasio, LL.M., 42, partner, will continue as head of buy-out team.
