About our residential portfolio
Residential is one of CapMan Real Estate’s core focus areas. The asset class primarily comprises rental housing and other living-focused properties in the Nordic markets. Residential assets benefit from resilient, long-term demand drivers such as urbanisation, demographic trends and the growing need for professionally managed rental housing in expanding cities.
CapMan Real Estate’s residential portfolio consists of ca. 8,000 flats in Denmark, Finland and Sweden. The strategy emphasises strong micro-locations, functional and efficient layouts, and long-term usability. The portfolio consists mainly of stabilised residential assets, complemented by selectively chosen opportunities where active ownership and asset management can enhance operating performance, sustainability and long-term value. CapMan’s value-add strategy is also actively investing into residential opportunities. The residential portfolio is managed under the Leona brand.
