The General Meeting decided that the number of Members in the Board of Directors is five. Mr Lauri Koivusalo, Managing Director of LEL Employment Pension Fund will continue as a Member of the Board of Directors together with CapMans Senior Partner Mr Tuomo Raasio, Mr Teuvo Salminen, Executive Vice President of Jaakko Pöyry Group, Mr Ari Tolppanen, CEO of CapMan Plc and Senior Partner and Mr Vesa Vanha-Honko, CapMans Senior Partner.
In the organisation meeting of the Board of Directors which was held immediately after the General Meeting, the Board of Directors elected Mr Lauri Koivusalo as Chairman and Mr Vesa Vanha-Honko as Vice Chairman.
SVH Pricewaterhouse Coopers Oy will continue as the auditor of the company and Mr Jan Holmberg, APA, as the auditor in charge.
