CAPMAN PLC’S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2002

CapMan Plc will release report on the financial statements bulletin 2001 on Tuesday 19 February 2002. The annual report for 2001 will be published in week 13. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 3 April 2002.

CapMan Plc will publish three interim reports in 2002 as follows:

For the period January 1 – March 31, 2002 on Tuesday 7 May 2002,

January 1 – June 30, 2002 on Tuesday 6 August 2002 and

January 1 – September 30, 2002 on Tuesday 5 November 2002.
