Notification according to chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities Markets Act

 

CapMan Plc has today received notifications of change in holdings and voting rights in accordance with chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities Markets Act as follows:

 

  • Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company’s share of the total number of shares and voting rights in CapMan Plc has exceeded 5%.
  • Ari Tolppanen’s and Oy Aristo-Invest Ab’s combined share of the total number of shares in CapMan Plc has fallen below 10% and their combined share of voting rights in CapMan Plc has exceeded 20%.
  • Heikki Westerlund’s and Heiwes Oy’s combined share of the voting rights in CapMan Plc has exceeded 10%.
  • CapMan Partners B.V.’s share of the total number of shares and voting rights in CapMan Plc has fallen below 5%.
