For asset owners
Aging infrastructure combined with continuous investment needs in a changing operating environment creates challenges to many asset owners. We believe that an investment together with the right partner may open new possibilities for both public and private asset owners as they face investment funding pressure or are contemplating asset portfolio restructuring. Our team is based in Helsinki and Stockholm and we work closely together and with a large network of local advisors.
We are flexible in setting up structures and can both do majority as well as minority investments depending on your needs. We believe a good partnership is based on mutual trust and with the ambition that both parties should be satisfied with the outcome and long-term result.
