Napier is the leading harvest vessel operator in Norway and the first harvest vessel specialised shipowner in the world. The company was established in 1995 and has been active in the harvest vessel market since 2008. Napier has a fleet of seven vessels. The company is headquartered in Bømlo, Norway and employs approximately 130 people.

Pekko Haaksluoto has more than a decade of experience in infrastructure investing and corporate finance. He joined CapMan in 2018 and is part of CapMan Infra's investment committee.
Pekko has been leading CapMan Infra’s investments in Norwegian salmon harvest vessel operator Napier, Norwegian ferry operator Norled, and district heating companies Loviisan Lämpö in Finland and Nydalen Energi in Norway.
Pekko is based in Helsinki, Finland. Before CapMan, he worked at Danske Bank's M&A advisory team.
