At CapMan Real Estate our vision is to develop human centric real estate with a net positive environmental impact. We aim to generate attractive returns for investors while driving an environmental and social transition in our industry, optimizing real estate life-cycle value creation to all stakeholders, from the environment to local communities.
Sustainability at CapMan Infra
At CapMan Infra, sustainability is an integrated part of value creation strategy. Our structured sustainability process covers the whole investment life cycle from due diligence to exit, and we have a strong track record of implementing best practice governance and transitioning investments towards more sustainable operations. We also monitor our performance vs targets with annual benchmarking provided through GRESB.
Sustainability at CapMan’s Private Equity strategies
CapMan’s private equity strategies invest in unlisted companies in the Nordic region. We integrate sustainability throughout the investment lifecycle from initial screening to exit. With a hands-on and long-term approach, we are able to steer portfolio companies towards sustainability targets.

Social and environmental sustainability underlies all CapMan’s Natural Capital investments. We see forest and natural capital investment as an environmentally and socially responsible activity that contributes to sustainable, low-carbon development while generating returns to investors. We are committed to an investment philosophy that integrates rigorous investment analysis with creation of innovative ways to create value from sustainable forest management and delivery of forest-based environmental services, such as carbon, biodiversity and landscape conservation.
